Spatial Services

Land has been working for the world’s peoples for millennia. Yet in the next few decades the pressing impacts and stresses of population change, food production sufficiency, transport costs, urbanisation and customary land tenure are going to present enormous challenges to land administrators to ensure that people can continue to benefit from their land and sea resources.

LandZone, established in 2003, delivers global solutions for land administration to Asian and Pacific nations. Our work is based on New Zealand’s best practice implementations and the experience we gained there. The LandZone team comprises leading New Zealand land administration advisors and associated experts. New Zealand has provided international experience and leadership over a long period and LandZone now continues that service offering to international governments.  Core experience was gained in New Zealand’s customary land development and in the world-first Landonline system of automated and integrated digital land title and survey system. LandZone has an impressive team with vast experience in land projects internationally. New Zealand has some of the most solid experience working in land administration in the Pacific, with long-standing associations/engagements in several countries including Fiji, Western Samoa, Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea.

With our experience in world-first land administration and automation as our foundation, our work is to impart direction and the capacity to our partners so that they may implement and operate their own world-class land administration solutions.
